Leadership Academy Nepal Organized an Advanced Leadership Program

Sunakhari News/ Kathmandu. Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN) in association with Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University at Houston, USA organized an Advanced Leadership Program for Nepali business leaders from September 19th to 24th 2022. Participants were from the Nepali banking industry and other sectors.

World class Professors (including the Dean) from Rice University introduced emerging concepts through highly interactive sessions backed by latest research that can be applied in real work settings. Rice University was recently accorded among the top 15 universities in the US (US News and World Report) and 1st in MBA in Entrepreneurship (Princeton Review).

The purpose of this capacity development program was to explore the challenges facing business leaders in post-pandemic organization and opportunities to be capitalized. The sessions also explored the management implications of likely changes to organizations and discussed opportunities as people return to work.

The Associate Dean of Executive Education at Rice University, Michael Koenig expressed his opinion about how Rice University and LAN have worked together to provide this opportunity to leaders from the business community and would continue to do so.
